Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Puffer Hug® order, but understand there are exceptions.

If you’d like to discuss returning your purchase, please fill out a HELP FORM (which you will receive a link to in your confirmation/shipping email) no later than 7 days from receiving your Puffer Hug order. Your original proof of purchase will be required when you complete the HELP FORM.

Once we hear from you, we’ll respond to let you know if your order is eligible for a return/refund and, if so, we’ll provide you instructions for shipping back to us.

Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.

Eligible returns need to be 1) unused and in their original condition and 2) in their original packaging (with tags still attached in original manner).

Once we receive the unused, undamaged product with its original packaging and labels, we will issue a refund for the total of the items purchased to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are not eligible for refunds.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and returned items must be received by Puffer Hug no later than 14 days from your receipt of our return instructions.
